Stef is a communication all-rounder with complementary skills in project management and business operations support. Over the past ten years she has worked across a range of industries in in-house and consulting roles in the private, not-for-profit and government sectors. Stef draws on her diverse experience to bring insight and focus to every project and is highly adaptive to client needs.

Stef’s extensive project management experience includes the development and implementation of project plans for university-wide award, grant and fellowship programs. She has also coordinated multi-discipline projects, including the rollout of a State Government social change strategy. Described as a ‘born organiser’, Stef’s capability to manage multiple streams of work ensures projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Having worked across corporate, internal and marketing communication projects, Stef is skilled in crafting tactical plans that support high-level strategy and enable organisations to connect with their stakeholders in a meaningful way. Her work in this space often transitions from planning to material development and implementation support. Her writing capabilities include key messages, frequently asked questions, fact sheets, briefing papers, presentations, corporate training materials, website content, newsletters and tender responses. Stef has also provided support for stakeholder engagement projects, including stakeholder identification and mapping, and managing feedback mechanisms.

Her eye for detail and process-orientation have seen Stef lead the development and management of document control, continuous improvement and reporting systems and processes. Known for her solutions-focus and ability to streamline business operations, Stef has written organisation-wide policies and procedures on topics including risk and compliance, governance, human resources and quality assurance.

Stef has also coordinated a range of events including training workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, networking functions and high-level meetings for international delegations and senior business executives and government officials.
